My Story

First Step supports families of babies and young children with special needs and/or disabilities, who often arrive at First Step in crisis and not knowing which way to turn. Established 35 years ago, First Step provides a specialist, safe, secure and non-judgemental environment where families ares supported and empowered to navigate what can often be a long and difficult journey ahead.

I am undertaking a number of challenges over the coming months including climbing Ben Nevis in October of this year and running the London Marathon in April 2024.
